The NAPLEX Is Unlike Any Pharmacy Exam You've Taken

250 adaptive questions across pharmacotherapy, calculations, and pharmacy practice. The exam adjusts to your level. So should your prep.

💊

Pharmacotherapy-Heavy

60+ questions on disease state management, drug selection, and therapeutic monitoring. The biggest category — and the one most students underestimate.

🧮

Calculations You Can't Skip

Dosing calculations, pharmacokinetics, and IV drip rates show up repeatedly. Our adaptive system targets your calculation weak spots until they're strengths.

⚖️

Pharmacy Law & Practice

35+ questions on dispensing, patient counseling, and federal regulations. Passed students know these cold — they're reliable points you can't afford to give away.

🤖

AI Finds Your Gaps

Our AI watches every answer and identifies exactly which drug classes and clinical areas cost you points — then generates unlimited targeted questions to close those gaps.

🤖 AI STUDY MODE — YOUR UNFAIR ADVANTAGE

While Every Other PharmD Candidate Hopes,
You'll Know.

The problem with every NAPLEX prep course: they dump a question bank on you and call it studying. You grind 300 questions on beta blockers when you already know those cold — and spend zero time on the renal dosing adjustments you keep getting wrong. You finish a mock exam and think... "But am I actually ready?"

Our AI changes that. It watches every answer, finds your exact weak drug classes, generates unlimited targeted questions, and gives you a readiness score that tells you — with confidence — when you're ready to pass.

✓ Targets your exact weak drug classes ✓ Plain-English AI explanations ✓ Know your pass probability today
🧠

Questions That Hunt Your Weaknesses

The AI doesn't waste time on what you already know. It finds your gaps in pharmacotherapy, calculations, and pharmacy law — then generates unlimited questions to close them.

💬

AI Explanations That Actually Teach

Every wrong answer gets a clear clinical breakdown — mechanism of action, why the distractor was wrong, and the key teaching point. You'll understand pharmacology, not just memorize it.

📊

Readiness Score: Stop Guessing

Our AI calculates your pass probability based on actual performance patterns across all 6 categories. When you hit 85%+ readiness, you're ready — schedule with confidence.

🔁

Spaced Repetition That Makes It Stick

Drug interactions, monitoring parameters, and dosing calculations resurface right before you'd forget them. What you learn today stays learned on exam day.

They Were Stressed About NAPLEX Too. Then They Passed.

★★★★★
AR

"I failed my first NAPLEX attempt. It was humiliating — I'd been a straight-A student. I came back with QuickStart and the AI immediately showed me I was bombing therapeutic monitoring questions. Two weeks of targeted cardiology and diabetes pharmacotherapy, and I passed my retake. The AI found exactly what was holding me back."

— Alex R., PharmD, Chicago IL
★★★★★
SM

"P4 year I did 30 minutes of QuickStart every morning for 8 weeks. By the time I sat for NAPLEX, I'd answered over 600 AI-generated questions targeting my weak spots. Passed first attempt with a score of 112. The daily adaptive practice was everything — I never felt unprepared."

— Sarah M., PharmD Candidate, Austin TX
★★★★★
KP

"I'm an international pharmacy grad — US pharmacy practice regulations were completely foreign to me. QuickStart's pharmacy law and practice questions walked me through everything systematically. The AI explanations referenced actual federal regulations. Passed NAPLEX on my first attempt. Worth every penny."

NAPLEX Questions Answered

The North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) is a 250-question adaptive exam required for pharmacist licensure in the United States. You have 6 hours to complete it. It covers pharmacotherapy, drug information, pharmacy practice, pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, and drug safety. Questions are scored on a scaled score of 0–150, and you need a minimum score of 75 to pass.
You need a scaled score of 75 to pass the NAPLEX. The scaled score range is 0–150. This is not a percentage — it's a scaled scoring system where 75 represents the minimum competency threshold set by NABP. Most passing candidates score in the 100–120 range, but 75 is the official passing score.
The NAPLEX uses computer adaptive testing (CAT) — the exam adapts to your performance in real time. If you answer correctly, the next question is harder. If you answer incorrectly, it gets easier. This means every candidate's exam is different. Your final scaled score is calculated using item response theory (IRT), which accounts for question difficulty. You cannot go back and change answers.
NABP allows up to 5 total attempts on the NAPLEX. After each failed attempt, there is a mandatory 45-day waiting period before you can retest. After failing 3 times, you must submit a new application and meet any additional state board requirements. Some states have additional restrictions, so check with your state board of pharmacy. This is why passing on the first attempt matters — retakes are expensive, time-consuming, and emotionally draining.
